We have 6 bedrooms, 4 double, 1 twin and a family room which sleeps up to 4. All rooms also offer freeview TV, free wi-fi and a small selection of complimentary beverages.

We use crisp Egyptian cotton sheets and each room is equipped with a quiet running fridge, kettle and hairdryer. There is a microwave, iron and ironing table available for our guests use.

We have a folding bed and baby travel cot if required. We also have a shed suitable for storage of bikes. The maximum age for bunk beds in the family room is 16.

Unfortunately we cannot accept any pets.

We had the pleasure of being the first guests, rooms are decorated to a very high standard we wanted for nothing, lovely decked area with amazing views of the island, walking distance to shop,pub and restaurant . We will definitely be back and highly recommend this gorgeous guest house.

This is the perfect place to stay. The rooms are to a very high standard, there is a lovely decked area at back that gets the sun all day great for wine and bbq, also the scenery is second to none. The owners are perfect hosts. Close to shop and hotels for meals.

We were very lucky to be able to book 3 night here. Nice room with everything we could want plus a great ensuite. Marion is very friendly and helpful. Plenty of onsite parking and a central, but quiet location, – a very good base from which to explore Benbecula and the Uists. Highly recommended

Marion welcomed us on arrival and was very attentive. We stayed in the lovely family room which was spacious and spotless with a gorgeous ensuite. Extremely comfortable bed and had a very sound sleep. Breakfast was continental and variety was very good.

Stayed for four nights in total comfort in this very smart B&B. Large room, squeaky clean, smartly furnished, mega comfortable bed, amazing shower. Owners have obviously thought about this, done their research and spent some money to achieve this standard. Loved it.

Very comfortable accommodation. Rooms are very well furnished, the bed was very comfortable and the ensuite facilities could not be faulted……including the ultra modern steam,shower,sauna capsule with integrated MP3, radio and Bluetooth connectivity……that was a first! We ate alfresco on the deck outside our room and enjoyed the sunset.

We stayed here as part of a cycling trip in the Hebrides. We had a huge, comfortable room with a spectacular bathroom. Since we were on bicycles, Marion graciously gave us a ride to the Stepping Stones restaurant. She also came back and picked us up later in the evening. She was very friendly and helpful. There was a great shed to store our bicycles in for the night.

Marion was there to welcome us to a beautifull place. The rooms were superb with a huge shower. It was a help yourself breakfast but there was everything you needed from cereals, fruit and toast to home made Lemon Drizzle cake. The place was easy to find on the main road.

We had a lovely welcome from our host to this beautiful house and stayed for 2 nights. The house is spotlessly clean and is in a great location for exploring The Uists and Eskaray.
The room was extremely comfortable and there is everything you could need for a light/ continental breakfast. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great hospitality upon arrival, comfy beds and plenty of room inside. Bathroom immaculate. Breakfast set up was very good with plentiful snacks in the room and fridge. A great base to explore the islands from.

Marion met us and her attention to detail was amazing. The room had separate covid safe access to the parking area and we appreciated the shower steam facility. Breakfast is not provided in a dining room but the provision of items in the fridge and in the food basket were beyond expectations.

Hebridean hospitality at it’s best. Fabulous accommodation with very comfortable beds and great sitting space. Lots of room and very generous continental breakfast and snacks. Would highly recommend as a base to tour the islands.
