Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before making a booking. By reserving accommodation with us you agree to the following conditions.

Check In & Out

  • Standard check-in time is from 4pm, though this is flexible and can be arranged to suit your needs — just let us know in advance.
  • On the day of departure, the room is available until 10am.

Pricing

  • All prices shown are in Pounds Sterling (£) per room per night. Prices range from £100 to £200 depending on room type.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Your price is guaranteed once you are given a confirmation and the deposit has been paid.

Bookings

  • We cannot guarantee to hold a provisional reservation longer than 7 days, by which time the booking must be confirmed in writing or by email.
  • Accepting accommodation by telephone, email or in writing means you have entered into a legally binding contract.

Deposits & Payments

  • Bookings are guaranteed by bank transfer.
  • Persons making a booking within 7 days of arrival are required to pay their booking in full.
  • A deposit of £20 per room per night is required, except when booking within seven days of arrival.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • The balance may be paid by bank transfer prior to arrival or settled on the day of arrival.

Cancellations & Amendments

  • If cancellation is within 7 days of booking, 100% of the contract value is due.
  • We recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance.

What's Included

  • Bedrooms with colour free-view TV, private en suite bathroom, quiet fridge, kettle and hairdryer.
  • Light breakfast included.
  • Free onsite parking.
  • Free Wi-Fi.

Occupancy

  • The number of persons occupying each room must not exceed the number of guests booked per room, unless otherwise agreed.

Pets

  • Pets are not permitted within the house, with the exception of guide dogs.

Car Parking

  • Vehicles left in the car park are left entirely at the owner's risk.
  • The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused to vehicles left in the vicinity of the guest house.

Smoking

  • Smoking and e-cigarettes are not permitted within the Guest House.
  • Evidence of smoking indoors will result in a cleaning fee of £50.00.
  • External ashtrays are available for smokers.
  • Guests found smoking inside will be asked to leave and will not be welcomed back.

Damage & Breakages

  • The client is legally bound to reimburse Hebrides House Accommodation for any replacement, repair or extra cleaning costs on demand.

Right of Entry

  • The proprietor reserves the right of entry to the property at all times.

Respect for Other Guests

  • All guests are expected to show respect to other residents and keep noise levels to a minimum.

Restriction on Accommodation

  • We reserve the right to remove any person or persons from the guest house due to unreasonable behaviour, damage to the property, or exceeding the stated occupancy.
  • In such cases, any refund will be at the discretion of the owners.

Privacy

  • Any information entered into this website will not be passed to any third party.

Liability

  • Hebrides House Accommodation and its proprietors do not accept liability to the guest for any loss, damage or injury howsoever caused to the guest or to the guest's personal property.
